Nurturing Souls provides holistic wellness services, including but not limited to:

  • Sound bath healing and ice bath therapy
  • Meditation and wellness retreats
  • Inner child healing and emotional wellness workshops

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Medical disclaimer

Nurturing Souls is a holistic wellness platform, not a medical facility.

  • The services, content and guidance we provide are for educational, spiritual and self-development purposes only.
  • We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis or treatment for physical or mental health conditions.
  • Our services, including ice baths and sound healing, are not a substitute for professional medical advice or psychiatric care.
  • If you have a pre-existing medical condition — for example a cardiovascular issue, pregnancy or severe anxiety — you must consult your physician before participating in any physical therapy or retreat.

4. Payment terms

  • Currency: all transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Pricing: prices for sessions and retreats are listed on the website or provided on enquiry. We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion.
  • Taxes: prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), which are calculated at checkout where applicable.
  • Payment gateways: we use third-party payment gateways. By using them, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.

5. Delivery of services

  • Nature of services: because we provide services rather than goods, there is no physical shipping involved.
  • Online sessions: confirmation and meeting links are sent by email or WhatsApp immediately, or within 24 hours of booking.
  • In-person events: entry is granted at the venue on proof of booking or payment confirmation.

6. User conduct

By using our services you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information during registration and booking.
  • Behave respectfully towards facilitators and other participants during group sessions and retreats.

We reserve the right to refuse service, or to end the participation of any individual who violates these standards, without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images and course materials — is the property of Nurturing Souls and is protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurturing Souls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our services. Participation in physical activities such as ice bath therapy is voluntary and at your own risk, and you release Nurturing Souls from liability for any injury or harm sustained during such activities.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
