  • Our services (including ice baths and sound healing) are not a substitute for professional medical advice or psychiatric care.
  • If you have a pre-existing medical condition (e.g., cardiovascular issues, pregnancy, severe anxiety), you must consult your physician before participating in any physical therapy or retreat.

4. Payment Terms

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Pricing: Prices for sessions and retreats are listed on the website or provided upon inquiry. We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion.
  • Taxes: Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), which will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
  • Payment Gateways: We use third-party payment gateways to process payments. By using these services, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.

5. Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Nature of Services: Since we provide services (counseling, workshops, retreats), there is no physical shipping of goods involved.
  • Delivery:
    • Online Sessions: Confirmation and meeting links will be sent via email/WhatsApp immediately or within 24 hours of booking.
    • In-Person Events: Entry is granted at the venue upon proof of booking/payment confirmation.

6. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information during registration/booking.
  • Behave respectfully towards facilitators and other participants during group sessions and retreats.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the participation of any individual violating these standards, without refund.
