Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Nurturing Souls, we value your commitment to your wellness journey. We strive to provide the best experience for our retreats, workshops, and therapy sessions. However, we understand that life is unpredictable and plans may change.

Please read our cancellation and refund guidelines below carefully.

1. Cancellation Policy for Events & Retreats

This policy applies to all scheduled events, workshops, and retreats organized by Nurturing Souls.

A. Standard Cancellation (One Week Prior)

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must submit a request at least 7 days (one week) prior to the scheduled event start date.

  • Eligible Refund: Requests received on or before this deadline are eligible for a limited refund of the amount paid.

B. Late Cancellation & Conditional Refunds (Less than One Week)

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are generally non-refundable due to venue commitments and limited seating. However, we may offer a Conditional Refund subject to the following specific terms:

  • Seat Replacement Condition: A refund will only be considered if your vacant seat is successfully filled by another participant (either from our waitlist or referred by you).
  • Final Calculations: If the seat is filled, Nurturing Souls will perform a final calculation after the event concludes to ensure no loss of revenue was incurred.
  • Discretion: If the seat remains unsold, the booking is non-refundable.

2. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Standard Refunds: For cancellations made 7 days or more in advance, we will initiate the refund immediately upon approval.
  • Conditional Refunds: For late cancellations where a seat replacement was found, the refund will be processed after the event has concluded and final calculations are verified.
  • Total Duration: Once a refund is approved and initiated, it will take approximately 2 weeks (14 business days) for the funds to be credited back to your account.

3. Method of Refund

All refunds will be processed back to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) used during the transaction. We strictly cannot process refunds to third-party accounts or via cash.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, you must contact us in writing. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

  • Email Us: Send an email to megha@nurturingsouls.co.in with the subject line: “Cancellation Request – [Your Name] – [Event Name]”.
  • Include Details: Please include your Booking ID, Transaction Reference Number, and Phone Number.

5. Cancellations by Nurturing Souls

In the unlikely event that Nurturing Souls has to cancel an event due to instructor unavailability, technical issues, or force majeure, registered participants will receive a 100% refund regardless of the date. This refund will follow the standard 2-week processing timeline.
